Bicycle skills galore: Raahgiri Day at Dwarka this Sunday was a perfect blend of fun and fitness. An initiative by DDA and Delhi Police along with knowledge partners Embark and supported by The Times of India, this edition started with 'It's playtime at Raahgiri', where everyone danced, sang and enjoyed sports. Some even showed off their cycling skills. Many Raahgirs were spotted appreciating the street play by the Soch Theatre Group on Swachch Bharat at the TOI stage.
Radhika Mehta of the group told us, "It's all about a small start, that's all we need for a clean India. Here at Raahgiri Dwarka, the energy is infectious. We're all very happy to have performed here."
This is the best part of the week: Mohit Gupta, an IT professional told us, "I attend Raahgiri every Sunday. I live in Dwarka and this is the best part of my week. Everyone is so busy all the time and this is the only breather we get." Raahgirs also sang and danced along with Ashwinder of Natraj Sangeet Mahavidyalay on stage.
